Since 1912, Anglo Belgian Corporation (ABC) manufactures medium speed (500 to 1000 rpm) engines, in the power range from 800 up to 10400 kW.
Low consumption, reliability and endurance are the main strengths of our engines. They can run on heavy fuel oil (HFO), gas (Dual Fuel) or biofuel.
Our engines are present in almost all African countries: in tugs and boats for river/lake navigation, in locomotives and also in thermal & hybrid power plants. Less fuel consumption, fewer spare parts and less repairs compared to high speed engines!
ABC offers turnkey solutions from containerized gensets to turnkey independent Thermal and Hybrid Power Plants (<50MW), for industrials, mining companies and African electricity production companies (IPP & Public Sector).

*In the long term, the development of a version of the ABC V-engines will see the 12DV36 and 16DV36 models, which will produce up to 10MW per group and which will target the power plant market up to 100MWe.
